After making a quality decision to break free from being stuck in my past and embracing my purpose, and a 24-year career in the
corporate world, I answered the call to coach women over 40 rise into their next chapter of greatness. I believe that this isn't about being high-achieving or having it all figured out-it's about being READY! Ready to break free from what's been holding you back! Ready to stop
settling for less! Ready to do the 'heart work' of Becoming H.E.R.—Healed, Empowered and Resilient. I challenge women who know deep down they're meant for more to step forward with courage, break barriers, reclaim their power, and create the life they truly deserve—one of freedom, purpose, and unstoppable confidence!
I've LIVED THIS OUT LOUD! I was once the stressed, overwhelmed, addicted, stagnant, fearful, undisciplined, procrastinating perfectionist,
struggling with an identity-crisis and imposter-syndrome until God guided me through an intense journey of self-discovery, self-awareness,
and self-love that transformed my entire life! From my youngest son being shot at 16, divorce, single motherhood, foreclosure, repossessions,
job loss, bankruptcy, and plenty of rejection, I overcame it all through my trust in God and, crucially, doing the inner work. It's the classic story
of turning pain into purpose.
As a content creator with a passion for the beauty industry, I teach women how to enhance their external appearance but firmly believe that true beauty starts from within. I aim to uplift women's lives with an elevated mindset of living from the inside out, helping them transition from merely dreaming to boldly living their dreams. I invite women to join me on a journey of reinvention to live a beYOUtiful life, sharing glimpses of this transformation through my content (access all my social media below).
I currently serve as an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, have appeared on the talk show Living 757, and have been featured on
the 50ish Movement platform. Additionally, I have guested on various virtual platforms, radio shows, and podcasts, frequently speaking both locally and abroad at conferences and workshops. I have also created paid content for numerous hair, beauty, and lifestyle brand campaigns.

I know it’s scary! I spent years trapped in a cycle of WRONG beliefs leading to WRONG thoughts, WRONG words, WRONG actions, and WRONG habits, and ultimately, undesired outcomes. If nothing changes, nothing changes! I offer an invitation to women to break free from
this cycle. I wish I had this opportunity myself, as it could have saved me plenty of time, frustration, and money.
An abrupt encounter with myself—what I call coming to the end of myself—made me aware of my own toxic patterns. This was not an overnight
process; it required strong intention, focus, commitment, and an investment in time and money to unlearn and relearn many things about myself. When you have skin in the game, you are more likely to commit and do the work.
My personal transformation fuels my passion for helping you become the greatest and highest version of yourself. As a mindset coach,
I believe that changing your mindset and awakening to your consciousness changes everything else in your life. I’ve lived this transformation out loud!
It’s crucial to have someone who can guide you to places within yourself that you can't reach alone. I am that voice, believing in you until
your own belief kicks in. If you’re stuck, you need to discover new things about yourself, and I can help you do that. You are worth the investment!

I am a MISSION-DRIVEN MESSENGER! And as your Life Coach I desire to empower and inspire you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. I believe that EVERYONE has the potential to create permanent positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey toward personal growth and transformation.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is holistic, intuitive, and rooted in conscious awareness. I believe transformation begins when we become aware of the beliefs we’re living from—often unconsciously—and how they shape our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and ultimately our results.
Through a practice I call the Belief Matrix, I help clients see the internal loop that keeps certain patterns in place—and more importantly, how to interrupt it. When awareness is introduced, choice becomes available, and change becomes possible.
Coaching is not about fixing—it’s about discovering. Together, we explore strengths, dismantle limiting beliefs, and create practical strategies that feel aligned, embodied, and sustainable. I hold a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can meet themselves honestly and move forward with clarity and intention.
